Policies

  • All purchases are non-refundable, unless The Artists Coaching is unable to deliver what has been purchased. If The Artists Coaching is unable to deliver, then the refund will be issued.
  • Once a client has registered for The Artists Coaching Intensive, Webinar or VIP Program, he is obliged to pay the full amount whether or not he completes the program or session.
  • If a client is late for a session, the time is not to regain later.
  • If a client misses a session of the Intensive, without cancelling 24hrs prior to the appointed time, that session is considered complete.
  • If a client needs to reschedule a phone or skype session, they can do so as long as they give 48 hours notice.
  • If a client needs to reschedule a VIP Program, they must give at least one week's notice.
  • If a client registers for the VIP Program, the VIP Program policies apply and will be mailed to the client when he signs up the application sheet.
  • If The Artists Coaching needs to reschedule a session we will inform the client in advance.
  • If an International client has scheduled an Intensive or VIP Program and their flight has been delayed or canceled, they may reschedule their Intensive and start the VIP Program later with no penalty.
  • The Artists Coaching only accepts advanced payment.
  • No drugs and other illegal substances are allowed on the premises of The Artists Coaching.
  • Upon registration the client guarantees that he is in the physical and psychological condition to participate in The Artists Coaching.
  • The Artists Coaching can not be held responsible or compensate for injuries that happen during the session.
